কন্স্যুলেটের ডেপুটি কন্সাল জেনারেল মো. সাহেদুল ইসলাম বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের এই ম্যুরাল স্থাপন করেন।
এ বিষয়ে গণমাধ্যমকে তিনি বলেন, হাজার বছরের শ্রেষ্ঠ বাঙালি বঙ্গবন্ধুর ম্যুরাল আমরা তৈরি করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি। আমিরাতে অবস্থিত মুক্তিযাদ্ধার সন্তান এবং স্বাধীনতার স্বপক্ষের লোকদের সহযোগিতায় এটা করা সম্ভব হয়েছে। বঙ্গবন্ধুর জন্ম শতবার্ষিকীতে এ ম্যুরাল উন্মোচনে করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি আমরা।

বঙ্গবন্ধুর জন্ম শতবর্ষ উপলক্ষে কনস্যুলেট প্রাঙ্গণের দেয়ালে বঙ্গবন্ধু ও প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং দেশের বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক ছবি অঙ্কন করা হয়েছে বলেও জানান ডেপুটি কন্সাল জেনারেল মো. সাহেদুল ইসলাম।
