আর কিছুক্ষণ পরেই জানা যাবে ভারতের মসনদে কে বসছেন। বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল ৮টা থেকেই লোকসভা নির্বাচনের ভোট গণনা শুরু হয়েছে। ইতোমধ্যেই ৫৪২টি আসনের মধ্যে ৪৯৪টি আসনের প্রাথমিক ফলাফল ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। ঘোষিত প্রাথমিক ফলাফলে ক্ষমতাসীন দল বিজেপি নেতৃত্বাধীন এনডিএ জোট বিপুল ব্যবধানে এগিয়ে আছে।
প্রাথমিক ফলাফলের ওপর নির্ভর করে বর্তমান প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদিকে আবারও ক্ষমতায় দেখছেন রাজনৈতিক বিশ্লেষকরা।
ঘোষিত ৪৯৪টি আসনের প্রাথমিক ফলাফলে এনডিএ জোট ২৮৩টি আসন পেয়েছে। অপরদিকে কংগ্রেস নেতৃত্বাধীন ইউপিএ পেয়েছে ১০৮টি এবং অন্যান্য বিরোধী দল পেয়েছে ৯৩ আসন। ৫৪টি আসনের ফলাফল এখনও প্রকাশের বাকি।
ভারতের সংবিধান অনুযায়ী সরকার গঠন করতে হলে কোনো দলকে ২৭২টি আসনে জয়ী হতে হবে। সে হিসাবে বিজেপি নেতৃত্বাধীন এনডিএ জোট তা আরও আগেই পেয়ে গেছে। এখন কেবল আনুষ্ঠানিকতার বাকি।
