নতুন নিয়মে শুরু হবে এবারের আইপিএল

ঘরোয়া টি-টোয়েন্টি ক্রিকেট লিগের সবচেয়ে জমজমাটপূর্ণ আসর ইন্ডিয়ান প্রিমিয়ার লিগ (আইপিএল)। আরও জমজমাটপূর্ণ করতে প্রতি বছরই নতুনত্ব আনা হচ্ছে আইপিএলে। তার ধারাবাহিকতায় এবারের আইপিএল শুরু হবে নতুন নিয়মে।
আগের প্রতিটি আসরে উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান একটা হয়ে এসেছে। আসরের প্রথম ম্যাচের আগে উদ্বোধনী হতো সাধারাণত। কিন্তু এবার যতগুলো ভেন্যুতে খেলা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে সব ভেন্যুতেই উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে আইপিএল কর্তৃপক্ষ।
যতগুলো ভেন্যুতে আইপিএলের ম্যাচ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে সেই ভেন্যুর প্রথম ম্যাচের আগে একটা উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান হবে। তবে হায়দরাবাদে মূল উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান হওয়ার বিষয়টিও ঠিক আছে। আগামী ১৩ এপ্রিল হায়দরাবাদে মূল উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠান হবে।
এদিকে, এবারের আইপিএলে খেলার কথা রয়েছে বাংলাদেশের দুই ক্রিকেটার অলরাউন্ডার সাকিব আল হাসান ও তরুণ পেসার মোস্তাফিজুর রহমানের। বরাবরের মতো এবারও কলকাতা নাইট রাইডার্সের হয়ে মাঠ মাতাবেন সাকিব। আর গতবারের মতো মোস্তাফিজ খেলবেন সানরাইজার্স হায়দরাবাদের হয়ে।
